Welcome to Regenerat!
We are Shih Tzu breeders and have been raising
beautiful purebred Shih Tzus in this place for nine
years now. We love the breed and what we do.
Our puppies are not raised in a kennel, but in our
home and under our feet. They are held and
played with from day one. We strive for excellent
quality in breed standards as well as personality.
We are licensed by the County of Monterey,
California and can provide you with that
information upon request.
If you are not familiar with the Shih Tzu, then
begin by going to the About Shih Tzus page. If you
would like to contact us just click on the Contact Us
link and an email box will open. Puppies for sale
are found on the Available Males and Available
Females pages. A deposit of $225 is required to
hold a puppy. I must receive the deposit within
seven days or the puppy will go back on the
market. Deposits are refundable if something is
found to be wrong with the puppy's health. They
are not refundable if you back out on the sale.
You can, however, transfer them to another puppy
that we have. Please do not ask us to hold a
puppy without a deposit: We will not! You can pay
with a credit card if you go through .
All puppies go home having seen the Vet, been
wormed, up to date on shots and with a one year
guarantee against congenital defects. If there is a
health problem found within seven days of the
puppy's going home, we will reimburse you for
treatment after reviewing the Vet's records.
Shipping is available within the Continental
United States through United Airlines out of
Monterey. The cost for shipping is $250. Shipping
is weather dependent. The airlines will not ship a
Shih Tzu if the temperature is over 75 or under 45
degrees at any stop. If you would like to be placed
on a waiting list for an upcoming litter, please
contact us. There is no charge or obligation.

peacocks, feral cats, mountain lions, steelhead
trout, bobcats, foxes, badgers and God only knows
what else. Regenerat means to be reborn
spiritually, and one cannot help but feel the pull
toward a rebirth when visiting this place. The local
Native Americans had a village on this property
more than two hundred years ago, and their
presence is still felt today.

| We breed for quality: shorter, cobby little bodies; high rounded foreheads, big round eyes and luscious thick coats; as well as, loving playful personalities. You can pay more, but you will never get better quality! I will not give breeding rights on any puppy that does not meet my standards for breeding. |
