I do my absolute best to sell completely healthy puppies. However, the world is not always predictable and on rare
occasion a puppy is found to have a health problem after the new owner gets it home. I guarantee my puppies against
any life-threatening congenital defects for one year from the time of purchase. Congenital defects are problems that a
puppy was born with. The puppies are guaranteed against any acute disorder for 7 days. You must take your new puppy
to a vet within 7 days if you want reimbursement for any acute disorder. An acute disorder is something that is short
lived such as an ear infection. There will be no exceptions made! My past experience tells me that the Vet will blame
the breeder for everything no matter how long you have had the puppy. That is why I have had to put a 7 day limit on the
acute disorder guarantee. You will receive a certificate from me with this guarantee on it.
We require a $250 deposit to hold a puppy. That deposit is refundable if something is found to be wrong with the puppy.
It is not refundable if you back out on the purchase! You may transfer that deposit to another puppy that I have,
however. All puppies are guaranteed against any congenital defect for five years from the time of purchase.
Puppies must be completely paid for before shipping arrangements will be made. I do have PayPal available, and I do
not charge a fee for this service. If you have a remaining balance and are taking your puppy home, you must give me
cash. Please don't take this personally; it is just business.
Shih Tzus tend to be chameleons and their color can change. I do not guarantee the color of my puppies. The
pigmentation, i.e. blue or liver; however, is guaranteed.
I do reserve the right to refuse to sell a puppy to whomever I decide is not an appropriate custodian of that puppy!
